Refund Policy

Once your report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is final — we do not offer refunds. This applies regardless of whether you agree with the interpretation, entered incorrect birth details, or simply change your mind after viewing it. Please double-check your name, date, time, and place of birth before payment — accuracy depends entirely on this information.

If we are unable to generate your report — for example, due to a failure on our AI provider's side after repeated attempts — you are automatically refunded in full to your original payment method via Razorpay. No action is required from you; the refund is triggered the moment we confirm generation failed. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, per your bank or payment provider's standard timelines.

Cancellation and rescheduling of live astrologer consultation calls follow the terms shown at the time of booking. Contact us if you need to cancel a scheduled call.

If you believe your report failed to generate but you were charged, or you have any other billing question, email info.findmystars@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will look into it.
